     Helene Maria Ladislaja von Meran was born on 8 September 1927 at Körösladány, Hungary.1 She is the daughter of Johann Franz Philipp Maria von Meran and Ilona Gräfin Almásy von Zsadány und Török-Szent-Miklós.1 She married Maurizio Lodi-Fé, son of Romano Lodi-Fé and Kate Abbott, on 2 April 1951 at Glanegg, Austria.1
     From 2 April 1951, her married name became Lodi-Fé.
