     Ada Maria Fairbairn was born on 25 February 1856.1 She was the daughter of William Andrew Fairbairn and Marianne Murray.2 She married Thomas Gordon Fairbairn, son of Thomas Fairbairn and Allison Callaway, on 18 July 1877.1 She died on 2 September 1893 at age 37.1
