     Mary Allison Dorothy Fairbairn was born on 9 August 1860.1 She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Fairbairn, 2nd Bt. and Allison Callaway.2 She married, firstly, Sir Archibald Lennox Napier of Merchistoun, 10th Bt. on 16 December 1880.1 She and Sir Archibald Lennox Napier of Merchistoun, 10th Bt. were divorced in 1903.1 She married, secondly, G. Graham Kirklinton on 1 June 1904.1 She died on 7 November 1936 at age 76.1
      From 16 December 1880, her married name became Napier. From 1 June 1904, her married name became Kirklinton.1

     He gained the title of 10th Baronet Napier.1
