     Maud Elizabeth Furse Radcliffe was the daughter of Alexander Nelson Radcliffe and Isabel Grace Henderson.2,3 She married Ronald Gorell Barnes, 3rd Baron Gorell, son of John Gorell Barnes, 1st Baron Gorell and Mary Humpston Mitchell, on 10 January 1922.1 She died on 26 April 1954.1
     After her marriage, Maud Elizabeth Furse Radcliffe was styled as Baroness Gorell on 10 January 1922. From 10 January 1922, her married name became Barnes.

     Hon. Ronald Alexander Henry Gorell Barnes was born on 28 June 1931.1 He was the son of Ronald Gorell Barnes, 3rd Baron Gorell and Maud Elizabeth Furse Radcliffe.2 He married Gillian Picton Hughes-Jones, daughter of Picton Hughes-Jones, on 17 August 1957.1 He died in 2003.3
     Hon. Ronald Alexander Henry Gorell Barnes usually went by his middle name of Henry.1 He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was educated at New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Fusiliers.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 7th Battalion RNF (TA.)1 He was PR officer with P&O.1 He was senior partner of Stockton and Barnes, Estate Agents.1
