     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.1 He lived at Llanvair, Ascot, Berkshire, EnglandG.1

John Marsham and Penelope Jane Hume, on 7 August 1902.1 He married, secondly, Evelyn Florence Marsham, daughter of Rev. Hon. John Marsham and Penelope Jane Hume, on 21 October 1930.1 He died on 18 March 1941.1
