     Sir Robert North Collie Hamilton of Silvertonhill, 6th Bt. was born on 7 April 1802.¹ He was the son of Sir Frederic Hamilton of Silvertonhill, 5th Bt. and Eliza Ducarel Collie.² He married Constantia Anson, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir George Anson and Frances Hamilton, on 6 October 1831.¹ He died on 31 May 1887 at age 85.¹
     He was with the Indian Civil Service.¹ He was Agent to the Governor-General of Central India.¹ He succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Hamilton, of Silvertonhill [N.S., 1646] on 15 August 1853.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Warwickshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Warwickshire.¹ He held the office of Mmeber of the Supreme Council in 1859.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Warwickshire in 1866.¹ He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).¹

     Wilhelmine Mary Margaret Hope was the daughter of George Everard Hope and Margaret Cockton.¹ She died on 2 July 1988.¹
     She was a nun with the Society of St. Margaret at St. Margaret's Convent, Sussex, England.¹ She took the religious name of Sister Marina.¹

     Constantia Anson was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir George Anson and Frances Hamilton.² She married Sir Robert North Collie Hamilton of Silvertonhill, 6th Bt., son of Sir Frederic Hamilton of Silvertonhill, 5th Bt. and Eliza Ducarel Collie, on 6 October 1831.¹ She died on 28 November 1842.¹
      From 6 October 1831, her married name became Hamilton.
