Thomas Lister, 4th Baron Ribblestone was born on 29 October 1854.1 He was the son of Thomas Lister, 3rd Baron Ribblesdale and Emma Mure.1 He married, firstly, Charlotte Monkton Tennant, daughter of Sir Charles Tennant, 1st Bt. and Emma Winsloe, on 7 April 1877.1 He married, secondly, Ava Loel Willing, daughter of Edward Willing, in 1919.2 He died on 21 October 1925 at age 70, without surviving male issue.1
Thomas Lister, 4th Baron Ribblestone gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Ribblesdale, of Gisburne Park, co.
