     Adelheid Prinzessin zur Lippe-Biesterfeld was born on 14 October 1884. She was the daughter of Friedrich Graf zur Lippe-Biesterfeld and Marie Prinzessin zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg. She married Heinrich Prinz von Schönburg-Waldenburg, son of Hugo Prinz von Schönburg-Waldenburg and Hermine Prinzessin Reuss zu Greiz, on 14 July 1921 at Burg Schwalenburg, Lippe, Germany. She died on 9 March 1963 at age 78.
     Adelheid Prinzessin zur Lippe-Biesterfeld gained the title of Prinzessin zur Lippe-Biesterfeld.
