     Arthur George Forbes was born in December 1871.1 He was the son of Captain James Arthur Forbes and Fearne Jemima Kinnear.2 He married Kate Wilkinson, daughter of Adam Wilkinson, on 31 July 1895.1 He died on 2 December 1922.1
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st/4th Hampshire Regiment (TF.)1

     Kate Wilkinson was the daughter of Adam Wilkinson.2 She married Arthur George Forbes, son of Captain James Arthur Forbes and Fearne Jemima Kinnear, on 31 July 1895.1 She died in September 1942.1
     From 31 July 1895, her married name became Forbes.

     James Arthur Charles Forbes was born on 5 July 1897.1 He was the son of Arthur George Forbes and Kate Wilkinson.2 He died on 31 May 1916 at age 18, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Battle of Jutland on 31 May 1916.1

     Captain Charles Hay Forbes was born in September 1873.1 He was the son of Captain James Arthur Forbes and Fearne Jemima Kinnear.2 He married Emily Fawcus Carrall, daughter of James Carrall, on 19 October 1901.1 He died on 7 November 1919 at age 46.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.1

     Emily Fawcus Carrall was the daughter of James Carrall.2 She married Captain Charles Hay Forbes, son of Captain James Arthur Forbes and Fearne Jemima Kinnear, on 19 October 1901.1 She died on 7 December 1964.1
     From 19 October 1901, her married name became Forbes.

Reginald Arthur Forbes was born on 30 June 1905.1 He was the son of Captain Charles Hay Forbes and Emily Fawcus Carrall.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Evelyn Rutherford, daughter of Gideon Macpherson Rutherford and Lady Margaret Mary Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, on 16 April 1930.1 He and Margaret Evelyn Rutherford were divorced in 1944.1 He married, secondly, Joyce Charlotte Newton in 1944.1 He died on 26 December 1975 at age 70.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1

     Gideon Macpherson Rutherford married Lady Margaret Mary Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, daughter of Gilbert Henry Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 1st Earl of Ancaster and Lady Evelyn Elizabeth Gordon, on 5 June 1902.2 He died on 31 July 1907.2
     He was a practising barrister.2
