     Sir Anthony Thomas Abdy, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 5 October 1688.2 He was the son of Sir Anthony Abdy, 2nd Bt. and Mary Milward.1 He married, firstly, Mary Gifford, daughter of Hope Gifford, before 1718.1 He married, secondly, Charlotte Barnardiston, daughter of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 3rd Bt. and Anne Rothwell, in 1720.1 He married, thirdly, Anne Williams, daughter of Thomas Williams and Elisabeth Barnardiston, after 1731.1 He died on 11 June 1733 at age 44, without male issue.1 His will was proven (by probate) in June 1733.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Abdy, of Felix Hall [in Kelvedon], co. Essex [E., 1641] on 2 April 1704.1 He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 19 April 1707.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1708.1

     Mary Gifford was the daughter of Hope Gifford.1 She married Sir Anthony Thomas Abdy, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Anthony Abdy, 2nd Bt. and Mary Milward, before 1718.1 She died in 1718, without issue.1
     From before 1718, her married name became Abdy.1

     Charlotte Barnardiston was the daughter of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 3rd Bt. and Anne Rothwell.1 She married Sir Anthony Thomas Abdy, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Anthony Abdy, 2nd Bt. and Mary Milward, in 1720.1 She died on 17 February 1731, without male issue.2,3,4
     From 1720, her married name became Abdy.1

Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 3rd Bt.1

     Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 3rd Bt. was born on 7 August 1674.2 He was the son of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth King.2 He and Anne Rothwell obtained a marriage license on 14 February 1693/94.2 He died on 12 November 1700 at age 26, without male issue.2 He was buried on 21 November 1700 at Ketton, Suffolk, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) in February 1701/2.2
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Barnardiston, of Ketton, co. Suffolk [E., 1663] on 7 October 1698.2 He lived at Silk Willoughby, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.2 He lived at Ketton, Suffolk, EnglandG.2

     Anne Rothwell was born circa 1675.2 She was the daughter of Sir Richard Rothwell, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Clifton.1,2 She and Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 3rd Bt. obtained a marriage license on 14 February 1693/94.2 She died on 14 February 1701/2.2 She was buried on 21 February 1701/2 at Ketton, Suffolk, EnglandG.2 Her will was proven (by probate) in July 1702.2
     From 14 February 1693/94, her married name became Barnardiston.2

She married Christian Ludwig II Herzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin, son of Friedrich I Herzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Christine Wilhelmine Prinzessin von Hessen-Homburg, on 13 November 1714. She died on 13 April 1748 at age 53 at Schwerin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, GermanyG.
