     Christiana Prinzessin zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg was born on 18 September 1940 at Würzburg, Bayern, Germany.1 She is the daughter of Karl VIII Fürst zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg and Carolina dei Conti Rignon.1 She married Michael Koloman Erzherzog von Österreich, son of Joseph Franz Erzherzog von Österreich and Anna Monika Pia Prinzessin von Sachsen, on 4 March 1966 at Bronnbach an der Tauber, Germany, in a civil marriage.1 Christiana and Michael Koloman were remarried in a religious ceremony on 14 April 1966.2
     Christiana Prinzessin zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg gained the title of Prinzessin zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg.1 She was baptised with the name of Christiana Maria Josephina Aloisia Consolt Immaculata Theresia Antonia Johanna Carla Conrada Rita.2

He married, secondly, Christiane Emilie von Schwarzburg-Sondershausen, daughter of Christian Wilhelm Prinz von Schwarzburg-Sondershausen and Antonie Sybille von Barby-Muhlingen, on 10 June 1705. He died on 12 May 1708 at age 49.
