     Anna Maria Barnardiston was baptised on 1 July 1697 at Ketton, Suffolk, England.² She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 3rd Bt. and Anne Rothwell.¹ She married Sir John Shaw, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Shaw, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Peake, on 27 September 1716.¹ She died on 3 February 1750/51 at age 53.^1,3,4 She was buried on 12 February 1750/51 at Eltham, Kent, England.^1,5
     From 27 September 1716, her married name became Shaw.¹

     Sir John Shaw, 3rd Bt. was born in 1687 at Eltham, Kent, England.² He was the son of Sir John Shaw, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Peake.² He married Anna Maria Barnardiston, daughter of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 3rd Bt. and Anne Rothwell, on 27 September 1716.¹ He died on 4 March 1738/39.² He was buried on 13 March 1738/39 at Eltham, Kent, England.² He died intestate and his estate was administered on 26 March 1739.²
     Sir John Shaw, 3rd Bt. matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 23 June 1702.² He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 3 April 1707 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).² He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Shaw, of the city of London [E., 1665] on 11 December 1721.² He lived at Eltham Lodge, Eltham, Kent, England.²

     Sir Richard Barnardiston, 4th Bt. was born circa 1676.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth King.¹ He married Elizabeth Cheeke after 1706.¹ He died on 16 July 1728, without issue.¹ He was buried on 24 July 1728 at Ketton, Suffolk, England.¹ His will (dated 23 February 1726) was probated on 20 January 1728/29.¹
     Sir Richard Barnardiston, 4th Bt. succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Barnardiston, of Ketton, co. Suffolk [E., 1663] on 12 November 1700.¹ He was nearly ruined by lawsuits in pursuing his right to succession of the estates of the Armyne family.¹ He lived in 1726 at Hatch Lodge, Somerset, England.¹ He lived at Ketton, Suffolk, England.¹

     Elizabeth Cheeke married Sir Richard Barnardiston, 4th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth King, after 1706.¹ She died on 16 February 1737.¹ She was buried on 20 February 1737 at Long Melford, Suffolk, England.¹ Her will (dated 12 June 1732) was probated on 16 March 1737/38.¹
     From after 1706, her married name became Barnardiston.¹

     Sir Samuel Barnardiston, 5th Bt. was baptised on 20 January 1680/81.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth King.¹ He married Catharine Winn, daughter of Sir Rowland Winn, 3rd Bt. and Laetitia Harbord, in August 1730.¹ He died on 4 February 1735/36 at age 55 at Ketton Hall, Ketton, Suffolk, England, without issue.¹ He was buried on 13 February 1735/36 at Ketton, Suffolk, England.²
     Sir Samuel Barnardiston, 5th Bt. succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Barnardiston, of Ketton, co. Suffolk [E., 1663] on 16 July 1728.¹ He lived at Lyston Hall, Essex, England.¹ He lived at Ketton, Suffolk, England.¹

     Catharine Winn was born on 9 April 1708 at Wragby, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Rowland Winn, 3rd Bt. and Laetitia Harbord.^1,2 She married Sir Samuel Barnardiston, 5th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Barnardiston, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth King, in August 1730.¹ She died circa November 1757.¹
     From August 1730, her married name became Barnardiston.¹

     Laetitia Harbord was the daughter of Edward Harbord.¹
