     Herbert Goring was born on 20 August 1880.1 He was the son of Reverend John Goring and Isabella Mary Thomas.1 He married Marjorie Beatrice Smith, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Archibald Smith, on 27 July 1905.1 He died on 14 May 1952 at age 71.1
     He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 3rd Hussars.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1

     Francis Goring was born on 2 April 1884.1 He was the son of Reverend John Goring and Isabella Mary Thomas.1 He died on 28 October 1953 at age 69, unmarried.1
     He fought in the First World War, in Egypt, Gallipoli and Flanders.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Sussex Regiment.1

Elisabeth Goring1

     Elisabeth Goring was born on 21 December 1863.1 She was the daughter of Reverend John Goring and Isabella Mary Thomas.1 She married Captain George Frederick Glennie on 13 August 1921.1 She died on 4 July 1954 at age 90, without issue.1
      From 13 August 1921, her married name became Glennie.1

     Jenico Preston was born in 1707.1 He was the son of Anthony Preston.1 He married Thomasine Barnewall, daughter of John Barnewall and Mary Barnewall, on 9 February 1729/30.1 He died on 31 October 1757.1
     He succeeded to the title of 13th Lord Preston of Gormanston [I., 1370] on 25 September 1716, de jure.1 He succeeded to the title of 10th Viscount Gormanston [I., 1478] on 25 September 1716, de jure.1
