     Holt Waring was born in 1877.1 He was the son of Thomas Waring.1 Holt and Margaret Alicia were also married in a religious ceremony on 29 April 1914.1 He died on 15 April 1918 at Kemmel Hill, France, killed in action.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of officer in the North of Ireland Imperial Yeomanry.1
