     James Hugh Cecil, 3rd Baron Rockley was born on 5 April 1934. He was the son of Robert William Evelyn Cecil, 2nd Baron Rockley and Anne Margaret Meade-Fetherstonhaugh. He married Lady Sarah Primrose Beatrix Cadogan, daughter of William Gerald Charles Cadogan, 7th Earl of Cadogan and Hon. Primrose Lilian Yarde-Buller, on 18 November 1958.1 He died on 5 December 2011 at age 77.2
     He was dir: Equity and –92, Christies Int 1989–98, Cobham plc 1990–2002, Abbey Nat/l 1990–98 Foreign & Colonial Investment Tst 1991– and Cadogan Group Ltd 1996– Law 1980.3 He was with Wood Gundy –62, Kleinwort Benson 1962– (dir 1970–, vice-chairman 1988–93, chairman Kleinwort Benson Group 1994–96) Ltd 1957.3 He lived Lytchett Heath.3 He was County Dorset (James Hugh Cecil).3 He was educated Eton and New College Oxford.3 He gained the title of 3rd Baron Rockley.      Robert William Evelyn Cecil, 2nd Baron Rockley was born on 28 February 1901.1 He was born on 28 February 1901. He was the son of Evelyn Gascoyne-Cecil, 1st Baron Rockley and Hon. Alicia Margaret Tyssen-Amherst. He married Anne Margaret Meade-Fetherstonhaugh, daughter of Admiral Hon. Sir Herbert Meade-Fetherstonhaugh and Margaret Isabel Frances Glyn, on 9 May 1933.2 He died in 1976. He died on 26 January 1976 at age 74.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 2nd Baron Rockley.1 He was educated Eton, Ch Ch Oxford and Yale (Davidson Scholar).1 Hon co-treasurer Church Army.1 He was dir: Foreign and Colonial Tst, Nat Westminster Bank, Clerical, Medical and General Life Assur Society and Kleinwort Benson, dep chairman Schweppes.1 He was also known as Robert William Evelyn Cecil.1 He gained the title of 2nd Baron Rockley. He was engr, WW II as Lieutenant-Colonel RA, Minister Supply and Mil Government (Brig) 1944–45 in 1939.1

     Rosina Lois Veronica Touchet-Jesson, Baroness Audley (of Heleigh) was born on 10 July 1911.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Touchet Touchet-Jesson and Annie Rosina Hammacott Osler.2 She married John Archibald Joseph MacNamee, son of Bernard MacNamee, on 24 April 1943.1 She died on 24 October 1973 at age 62, without issue.1
      From 24 April 1943, her married name became MacNamee.1 She succeeded to the title of 24th Baroness Audley, of Heleigh [E., 1313] on 3 July 1963, by writ, suo jure.1
