     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Hothfield of Hothfield, co. Kent [U.K., 1881] on 20 August 1961.¹ He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Tufton, of Hothfield, co. Kent [U.K., 1851] on 20 August 1961.¹

     Diana Mary Tufton was born on 21 September 1917.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Sackville Philip Tufton and Winifred Mary Ripley Dalton.² She married Lt.-Col. Charles Henry Freeman Coaker, son of Colonel Vere Arthur Coaker, on 13 May 1947.¹ She died on 3 May 1993 at age 75.¹
      From 13 May 1947, her married name became Coaker.

     Colonel Vere Arthur Coaker was decorated with the award of the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).¹ He lived at Richards Hill, Battle, Sussex, England.¹

     Lt.-Col. Charles Henry Freeman Coaker is the son of Colonel Vere Arthur Coaker.² He married Diana Mary Tufton, daughter of Hon. Sackville Philip Tufton and Winifred Mary Ripley Dalton, on 13 May 1947.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Artillery.¹

     Joanna Caroline Danvers Westendarp is the daughter of Charles Nicholas Westendarp and Maryrose Danvers Dingwall.¹

     Stella Josephine Faudel Faudel-Philips was the daughter of Sir George Faudel-Philips, 1st Bt.² She married Hon. Charles Henry Tufton, son of Henry James Tufton, 1st Baron Hothfield of Hothfield and Alice Harriot Argyll Clitherow, on 17 December 1903.¹ She died on 28 October 1958.¹
     She was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).¹ From 17 December 1903, her married name became Tufton.

     Charles James Jonathan Westendarp is the son of Charles Nicholas Westendarp and Maryrose Danvers Dingwall.¹
