     Julia Agnes Jolliffe was the daughter of William George Hylton Jolliffe, 1st Baron Hylton of Hylton and Eleanor Paget.2 She married Richard Henry Richard Howard-Vyse, son of Richard William Howard Howard-Vyse, on 22 July 1856.1 She died on 30 December 1862.1
     From 22 July 1856, her married name became Vyse.

     From 18 April 1865, her married name became Birkbeck.

     Sir Edward Birkbeck, 1st and last Bt. married Hon. Mary Augusta Jolliffe, daughter of William George Hylton Jolliffe, 1st Baron Hylton of Hylton and Eleanor Paget, on 18 April 1865.1 He died on 2 September 1908, without issue.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He gained the title of 1st Baronet Birkbeck, of Horstead Hall, co. Norfolk.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.)1

     James Johnstone was born illegitimately on 1 August 1835 at Roberton, Roxburghshire, ScotlandG.1 He was the son of Isabella Scott.1 He was baptised on 7 December 1835 at Roberton, Roxburghshire, ScotlandG.1 He married Mary Miller Little on 4 December 1853 at Shielswood Farm, Ashkirk, Roxburghshire, ScotlandG.2 He died on 20 August 1915 at age 80 at Mount Somers, Canterbury, New ZealandG.2 He was buried on 23 August 1915 at Mount Somers Cemetery, Mount Somers, Canterbury, New ZealandG.2
     He was a shepherd.1 He and Mary Miller Little emigrated along with their children to New ZealandG arriving on 1863 on board Brother's Pride.1
