Roger de Quency, 2nd Earl of Winchester was the son of Saher de Quency, 1st Earl of Winchester and Margaret (?).2,3 He married, firstly, Helen de Galloway, daughter of Alan de Galloway, Lord of Galloway and Margaret of Huntingdon, before 1234.4 He died on 25 April 1264.
He was also known as Roger de Quincy.5 He gained the title of 2nd Earl of Winchester.
