     Robert de Beaumont, 3rd Earl of Leicester was the son of Robert de Beaumont, 2nd Earl of Leicester and Amicia de Montfort.1 He married Pernel de Grandmesnil, daughter of Guillaume de Grandmesnil and Beatrix of Rye, between 1155 and 1159. He died in 1190 at Durazzo, AlbaniaG.2
     He gained the title of 3rd Earl of Leicester in 1168.

     Pernel de Grandmesnil was born circa 1139. She was the daughter of Guillaume de Grandmesnil and Beatrix of Rye.1 She married Robert de Beaumont, 3rd Earl of Leicester, son of Robert de Beaumont, 2nd Earl of Leicester and Amicia de Montfort, between 1155 and 1159. She died on 1 April 1212.
     She was also known as Petronilla.

     Robert de Beaumont, 4th Earl of Leicester was the son of Robert de Beaumont, 3rd Earl of Leicester and Pernel de Grandmesnil.1 He married Laurette de Briouze. He died circa 21 October 1204.
     He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Leicester in 1190.
