     Reverend Thomas Staples was born on 22 June 1702 at Derryloran, County Londonderry, Ireland.3,4 He was the son of Sir Robert Staples, 4th Bt. and Mary Vesey.2 He married Grace Houston, daughter of John Houston, on 15 May 1735.3 He died in August 1762 at age 60.3
     Reverend Thomas Staples lived at Lissan, County Tyrone, Ireland.1 He was the Rector at Derryloran, County Londonderry, Ireland.4
