     John Lewthwaite was the son of James Lewthwaite and Agnes Dickson.2 He married Eleanor Whinfield, daughter of William Whinfield.1 He died circa 28 April 1737.1 He was buried on 1 May 1737.1
     He was a yeoman.1 He lived at Broadgate, Thwaites, Cumberland, England.1

     Ralph Lewthwaite was baptised on 5 June 1664.1 He was the son of James Lewthwaite and Agnes Dickson.2 He died in October 1697 at age 33, without issue.1

     Catherine Lawson is the daughter of Wilfrid Lawson.2 She married William Lewthwaite, son of James Lewthwaite and Agnes Dickson, in 1700.1
     From 1700, her married name became Lewthwaite.
