     Lachlan Maclean was born in 1650.1 He was the son of Donald Maclean of Brolas and Finovola (?).2 He married Isabelle Maclean, daughter of Hector Maclean of Torloisk.1 He died in 1687.1
     He lived Brolas.1 He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) Argyllshire in 1685.1

     He was fought War American Independence, Major 119th Regiment.1 He was Captain in Dutch serv.1 He was also known as 6th Baronet [U.K. Life Peer].1
