     Lachlan Maclaine, 15th of Lochbuie was the son of John Maclaine, 14th of Lochbuie and Isabel Macdougall.² He married Catherine Macdougall, daughter of John Macdougall, 22nd of Dunollie and of Lorn and Mary MacDonald.¹ He died on 31 December 1744.¹

     Allan Maclaine was born in 1708.¹ He was the son of John Maclaine, 14th of Lochbuie and Isabel Macdougall.² He died in 1719.¹
