     Beauchamp Colclough Urquhart was born on 5 May 1830.1 He was the son of Beauchamp Colclough Urquhart and Anne Jane Fitzsimons.1,2 He married Isabella Fraser, daughter of General Sir Hugh Fraser of Braelangwell, in 1856.3 He died in 1896, with a daughter (Annie Isabella, married 1878 Garden Alexander Duff of Hatton.3 He died on 3 September 1896 at age 66 at Hatton Castle, Turiff, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1
