Colin George Pelham Campbell, 6th of Stonefield was born on 31 May 1872.2 He was the son of John Campbell of Stonefield and Adela Harriett Pelham-Clinton.3 He married Lady Ileene Frances Cairne Hastings, daughter of Francis Power Plantagenet Hastings, 14th Earl of Huntingdon and Mary Anne Wilmot Westenra, on 15 November 1893.1 He died on 8 February 1955 at age 82.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.2 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 3rd Highland (Mountain) Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Argyllshire.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Argyllshire.2 He lived at Stonefield, Argyllshire, ScotlandG.1

Colin George Pelham Campbell, 6th of Stonefield and Lady Ileene Frances Cairne Hastings.2 He married Jessie Isobel Mackie, daughter of Sir Peter Jeffrey Mackie, 1st and last Bt. and Jessie Lockett Abercrombie, on 20 January 1921.2 He died in 1956.
     He was given the name of Geordie Osmond Lorne Campbell at birth.2 He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Sussex Regiment.2 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919, where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 In 1925 his name was legally changed to Geordie Osmond Lorne Mackie-Campbell.2 He lived at Tarbert, Argyllshire, ScotlandG.1

Colin George Pelham Campbell, 6th of Stonefield and Lady Ileene Frances Cairne Hastings, on 20 January 1921.1 She died in 1971.
     From 20 January 1921, her married name became Campbell.1 From 1925, her married name became Mackie-Campbell.
