Lady Ileene Frances Cairne Hastings was born on 20 May 1872.1 She was the daughter of Francis Power Plantagenet Hastings, 14th Earl of Huntingdon and Mary Anne Wilmot Westenra.1 She married Lt.-Col. Colin George Pelham Campbell, son of John Campbell and Adela Harriett Pelham-Clinton, on 15 November 1893.1 She died on 15 June 1946 at age 74.1
