     Joan Alice Ashurst Moris was the daughter of Edward Ashurst Moris.1 She married Sir Alexander Lennox Milliken-Napier of Merchistoun, 11th Bt., son of Sir Archibald Lennox Milliken-Napier of Merchistoun, 10th Bt. and Mary Allison Dorothy Fairbairn, on 14 June 1913.1 She died on 9 May 1962.1
     From 14 June 1913, her married name became Milliken-Napier.

     Sir Robert Archibald Napier of Merchistoun, 12th Bt. was born on 19 July 1889.1 He is the son of Sir Archibald Lennox Milliken-Napier of Merchistoun, 10th Bt. and Mary Allison Dorothy Fairbairn.2 He married, firstly, Violet Payne, daughter of E. Payne, in 1914.1 He and Violet Payne were divorced in 1929.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Ann Searle Hinton, daughter of Thomas James Hinton, on 9 November 1929.1 He died on 25 June 1965 at age 75.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Trooper in the City of London Yeomanry (Rough Riders.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Royal East Kent Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Napier, of Merchistoun [N.S., 1627] on 15 July 1954.1

     FIMH, AMIME (SA), AMICertE.1 He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the South African Engineers.1 He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Napier, of Merchistoun [N.S., 1627] on 25 June 1965.1
