     Sir Thomas Judkin-FitzGerald, 1st Bt. was born on 5 May 1754.1 He was the son of Robert Uniacke-Fitzgerald.1 He married Elizabeth Capel, daughter of Joseph Capel, in January 1785.1 He died on 24 September 1810 at age 56.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tipperary in 1798.1 He was created 1st Baronet Judkin-FitzGerald, of Lisheen, co. Tipperary [U.K.] on 5 August 1801.1
