     Anne Hewes married William Graham, 8th Earl of Menteith, son of John Graham, Lord Graham of Kinpont and Lady Mary Keith, in November 1661.1 She and an unknown person were divorced on 19 July 1684 on grounds of her adultery with Robert Ross of Auchlossen, younger.1
      From November 1661, her married name became Graham.1 As a result of her marriage, Anne Hewes was styled as Countess of Menteith in November 1661.
