     Major Charles John Gun Delamain is the son of Colonel Charles Beevor Harty Delamain.2 He married Catherine Pickthorn, daughter of Charles Edward Murray Pickthorn and Hilda Pyper, on 3 April 1965.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the 13th/18th Royal Hussars (Queen Mary's Own).1

     From 17 May 1928, her married name became Hodgson-Nicoll.1

     Sir Kenneth William Murray Pickthorn, 1st Bt. was born on 23 April 1892.1 He was the son of Charles Wright Pickthorn and Edith Maud Berkeley Murray.2 He married Nancy Catherine Lewis Richards, daughter of Lewis Matthew Richards, on 23 July 1924.1 He died on 12 November 1975 at age 83.1
     He was educated at Aldenham School, Elstree, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1913 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was a Fellow and lecturer in 1914 at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of officer in the London Regiment, Royal Flying Corps.1 He gained the rank of officer in the London Regiment, Royal Air Force.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1919 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
