James Wentworth Buller was born on 1 October 1798.1 He was the son of James Buller.2 He married Charlotte Juliana Jane Howard-Molyneux-Howard, daughter of Lord Henry Thomas Howard-Molyneux-Howard and Elizabeth Long, on 5 October 1831.1 He died on 13 March 1865 at age 66.1
James Wentworth Buller held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Exeter between 1830 and 1835.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for North Devon between 1857 and 1865.1 He lived at Downes, Crediton, Devon, England.1
