     He was barrister Lincoln's , author and jnlst, served Russia under Russian Red Cross 1915–18, Officer Legion Honour 1947, Order St Anne Russia with Swords Inn 1907.¹ Dau of General Boris de Hubbenet.¹ He was also known as 4th Baronet [U.K. Life Peer].¹ He graduated in 1900 with a Eton and Trin College Cambridge Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) , Fell 1902, Master of Arts (M.A.) 1904).¹ On 28 April 1925 married 2nd Alix (died 14 April 1968), daughter of Jean Julien I'Estom Soubiran, of Bordeaux.¹
