     Major Cecil Henry Feilden was born on 19 March 1907. He was the son of Major Percy Henry Guy Feilden and Dorothy Louisa Brand.1 He married Olivia Constance Leonora Baring, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Guy Victor Baring and Olive Althea Smith, on 11 October 1941.1 He died in 1983.1
