     Robert Alexander Benjamin Hamilton, 12th Lord Belhaven and Stenton was born on 16 September 1903.2 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Robert Edward Archibald Udny-Hamilton, 11th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Kathleen Gonville Bromhead.1 He married, firstly, Heather Mildred Carmichael Bell, daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Carmichael Bell and Mildred Charlotte Davidson-Houston, on 4 February 1926.2 He and Heather Mildred Carmichael Bell were divorced in 1941 at ScotlandG.2 He married, secondly, Cyrilla Mary Binns, daughter of Raymund Louis Binns, on 21 March 1942.2 He died on 10 July 1961 at age 57.2
     He was given the name of Robert Alexander Benjamin Udny-Hamilton at birth.2 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He was Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel of the Royal Scots Fusiliers between 1924 and 1931.3 He was seconded to the Aden Protectorate Levies between 1931 and 1934.3 He was administrator in the Colonial Service, Aden Protectorate between 1934 and 1946.3 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)3 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (F.R.A.C.S.)3 He succeeded as the 12th Lord Belhaven and Stenton, co. Haddington [S., 1647] on 20 October 1950.1

     Robert Anthony Carmichael Hamilton, 13th Lord Belhaven and Stenton was born on 27 February 1927.1 He was the son of Robert Alexander Benjamin Hamilton, 12th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Heather Mildred Carmichael Bell.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Ann Moseley, daughter of Colonel Arthur Henry Moseley, on 27 September 1952.1 He and Elizabeth Ann Moseley were divorced in 1973.1 He married, secondly, Rosemary Williams, daughter of Sir Herbert Geraint Williams, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Frances Jones, in 1973.1 He and Rosemary Williams were divorced in 1986.1 He married, thirdly, Malgorzata Maria Hruzik-Mazurkiewicz, daughter of Tadeusz Pobog Hruzik-Mazurkiewicz, in 1986.1 He died on 2 December 2020 at age 93.2

     Elizabeth Ann Moseley was born circa 1924.2 She was the daughter of Colonel Arthur Henry Moseley.1 She married Robert Anthony Carmichael Hamilton, 13th Lord Belhaven and Stenton, son of Robert Alexander Benjamin Hamilton, 12th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Heather Mildred Carmichael Bell, on 27 September 1952.1 She and Robert Anthony Carmichael Hamilton, 13th Lord Belhaven and Stenton were divorced in 1973.1 She died on 26 December 2011.2
     Elizabeth Ann Moseley usually went by her middle name of Ann.3 Her married name became Hamilton. After her marriage, Elizabeth Ann Moseley was styled as Baroness Belhaven and Stenton on 10 July 1961.
