     After her marriage, Christian Mary McEwen was styled as Baroness Hesketh on 22 November 1949. From 22 November 1949, her married name became Fermor-Hesketh.      Major Frederick Fermor-Hesketh, 2nd Baron Hesketh was born on 8 April 1916.1 He was the son of Thomas Fermor-Hesketh, 1st Baron Hesketh and Florence Louise Breckinridge.1 He married Christian Mary McEwen, daughter of Sir John Helias Finnie McEwen of Marchmont and Bardrochat, 1st Bt. and Bridget Mary Lindley, on 22 November 1949.3 He died on 10 June 1955 at age 39.3
