     Richard Grey, 1st Lord Grey (of Powis) married Margaret Tuchet, daughter of James Tuchet, 5th Lord Audley (of Heleigh) and Eleanor de Holand, before 12 January 1458/59.1 He died on 17 December 1466.1
     He gained the title of 1st Lord Grey, of Powis.
