     Ellen Isabel Dent was the daughter of Joseph Dent.2 She married Rt. Reverend Sir Lovelace Tomlinson Stamer, son of Lovelace Stamer and Caroline Tomlinson, on 16 April 1857.1 She died on 8 December 1933.1
     Only.1 She lived Ribston Hall.1 Her married name became Stamer. She was Yorkshire (see BLGY ) in 2004.1

     Arthur Dening was born on 25 February 1854 at Pitt House, Ottery St. Mary, Devon, England.1 He was the son of John Dening and Anne Salter.1 He was baptised on 9 April 1854 at Escot Church, Devon, England.1 He died on 18 March 1884 at age 30 at Ironbridge, Shropshire, England.1

     Anne Chester was the daughter of George Chester.1 She married Elliot MacNaghten, son of Sir Francis Workman-Macnaghten, 1st Bt. and Letitia Dunkin, on 5 September 1872.1 She died on 4 May 1903, without issue.1
     From 5 September 1872, her married name became MacNaghten.1

     Ethel Emma Donovan was the daughter of Alexander Donovan and Hon. Caroline Vanneck.2 She married Reverend Frederick Charles Stamer, son of Rt. Reverend Sir Lovelace Tomlinson Stamer and Ellen Isabel Dent, on 1 July 1891.1 She died on 28 June 1931.1
     From 1 July 1891, her married name became Stamer.

William Donovan Stamer1

     William Donovan Stamer was born on 14 June 1895.1 He was the son of Reverend Frederick Charles Stamer and Ethel Emma Donovan.2 He died on 21 September 1963 at age 68, unmarried.1
     He was educated Rugby and RMC Sandhurst.1 He was Military Cross (M.C.) in 1918.1 He was Major-General N Staffordshire Regt, WW I (wounded twice, despatches), Palestine (despatches) and 1938 (despatches) and WW II (despatches), General Officer Commanding Sudan and Eritrea 1945–48, Colonel N Staffordshire Regiment 1945, US Legion Merit in 1937.1 He was Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1938.1 He was Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1941.1 He was Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1948.1

     Hugo Frederick Barnabas Stamer was born on 25 February 1900.1 He was the son of Reverend Frederick Charles Stamer and Ethel Emma Donovan.2 He married Kathleen Florence Louise Whittome, daughter of James Whittome, on 10 June 1925.1 He died on 28 October 1980 at age 80.1
     He was educated Haileybury.1 He was Captain Canadian Army, WWs I and II.1
