     David Scott of Glenaros was born on 6 September 1916. He was the son of Sir Basil Scott of Glenaros and Gertrude Gwendoline Villiers-Stuart.1 He married Hester Mary Ogilvy, daughter of Gilbert Francis Molyneux Ogilvy and Marjory Katharine Clive, on 21 December 1951.1 He died on 5 March 1996 at age 79.1
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Clerk, House of Commons.1

     Godfrey Rathbone Benson, 1st Baron Charnwood was born on 6 November 1864 at Langtons, Alresford, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He was baptised at Alresford Parish Church, Alresford, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of William Benson and Elizabeth Soulsby Smith.1 He married Dorothea Mary Roby Thorpe, daughter of Roby Thorpe and Nelly Mundella, on 11 May 1897 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 3 February 1945 at age 80.3

     Elizabeth Welman was the daughter of Thomas Welman.2 She married Charles Noel, 1st Earl of Gainsborough, son of Sir Gerard Noel Noel, 2nd Bt. and Diana Middleton, Baroness Barham, on 1 July 1809.1 She died on 1 December 1811, without issue.1
     Her married name became Noel.
