William Lennox Lascelles Fitzgerald de Ros, 23rd Baron de Ros was born on 1 September 1797 at Thames Ditton, Surrey, England. He was the son of Lord Henry FitzGerald and Charlotte Boyle-Walsingham, Baroness de Ros. He married Lady Georgiana Lennox, daughter of General Charles Lennox, 4th Duke of Richmond and Lady Charlotte Gordon, on 7 June 1824 at London, England.1 He died on 6 January 1874 at age 76 at Old Court, Strangford, County Down, Ireland.
