     Caroline Elizabeth Scoggins was born circa 1961.2 She was the daughter of Ian Maxwell Scoggins.1 She married Mark Peter Anthony Van Oss, son of Peter Humphrey Alexander Van Oss and Susan Antonia Bazley, in 1985.1 She died on 30 March 2018.2
     From 1985, her married name became Van Oss.1

     Richard Gerard Long, 4th Viscount Long was born on 30 January 1929 at London, EnglandG.1,2 He was the son of Richard Eric Onslow Long, 3rd Viscount Long and Gwendolyn Hague Cook.1 He was baptised on 5 March 1929 at Crypt Chapel, House of Commons, Westminster, London, EnglandG.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Frances Frazer, daughter of Ninian Bannatyne Frazer and Helen Campbell, on 2 March 1957 at St. Paul's Church, Knightsbridge, London, EnglandG.1,2 He and Margaret Frances Frazer were divorced in 1984.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Patricia Elizabeth Miles-Ede, daughter of Charles Terence Miles-Ede, in April 1984 at Dorset, EnglandG.1,2 He and Catherine Patricia Elizabeth Miles-Ede were divorced in 1990.1 He married, thirdly, Helen Millar Wright Fleming-Gibbons on 22 June 1990 at Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1,2 He died on 13 June 2017 at age 88.3

     Margaret Frances Frazer was born on 31 December 1928 at Singapore.2 She was the daughter of Ninian Bannatyne Frazer and Helen Campbell.1,2 She married Richard Gerard Long, 4th Viscount Long, son of Richard Eric Onslow Long, 3rd Viscount Long and Gwendolyn Hague Cook, on 2 March 1957 at St. Paul's Church, Knightsbridge, London, EnglandG.1,3 She and Richard Gerard Long, 4th Viscount Long were divorced in 1984.1 She died on 1 February 2016 at age 87.4
     Her married name became Long. After her marriage, Margaret Frances Frazer was styled as Viscountess Long on 12 January 1967. She wrote the book Let the Petals Fall, published 1986.2 She wrote the book The Wedding Present: Riches of Spritual Wisdom for Life's Journey, published 1999.2
