     Reverend Robert Chaplin was born on 15 October 1758.2 He married Anne Georgiana Sutton, daughter of Sir Richard Sutton, 1st Bt. and Ann Williams, in 1796.1,2 He died on 30 May 1837 at age 78.2
     He graduated from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1783 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)2 He was Vicar between 1783 and 1837 at Tathwell, Lincolnshire, England.2
