     Sir Richard Thomas Paul Latham, 3rd Bt. was born on 15 April 1934.1 He was the son of Sir Herbert Paul Latham, 2nd Bt. and Lady Patricia Doreen Moore.1 He married Marie-Louise Patricia Russell, daughter of Frederic Hooper Russell, on 6 December 1958.1 He died on 26 June 2022 at age 88 at Santa Barbara, California, U.S.A.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Latham, of Crow Clump, Walton-upon-Thames, Surrey [U.K., 1919] on 24 July 1955.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Queen's Own Worcestershire Hussars (TA.)1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1957 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1962 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.2

     Vice-Admiral George Byng, 6th Viscount Torrington was born on 5 January 1768.2 He was the son of John Byng, 5th Viscount Torrington and Bridget Forrest.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Langmead, daughter of Philip Langmead, on 8 February 1793.2 He married, secondly, Frances Harriet Barlow, daughter of Admiral Sir Robert Barlow and Elizabeth Garrett, on 5 October 1811.2 He died on 18 June 1831 at age 63.2
     He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Torrington, co. Devon [G.B., 1721] on 8 January 1813.2 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Byng of Southill, co. Bedford [G.B., 1721] on 8 January 1813.2 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Byng, of Wrotham, Kent [G.B., 1715] on 8 January 1813.2 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral of the Blue in 1825.2 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral of the White in 1830.2
