     Victoria Alexandrina Maria Louisa Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie was the daughter of Hon. Charles Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie and Lady Emmeline Charlotte Elizabeth Manners.2 She married Sir William Welby-Gregory, 4th Bt., son of Sir Glynne Earle Welby-Gregory, 3rd Bt. and Frances Cholmeley, on 4 July 1863.1 She died on 29 March 1912.1
     Maid of Honour to HM QUEEN VICTORIA.1 From 4 July 1863, her married name became Welby-Gregory.

     He was Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He was also known as 6th Baronet [U.K. Life Peer].1 He graduated with a Eton and Ch Ch Oxford Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was CC Kesteven , Honour Captain Royal Artillery (Territorial Army) WW II, High Sheriff Lincolnshire 1953 in 1931.1 He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.) (Parts of Kesteven ) in 1931.1
