     Marmaduke Constable-Maxwell was born on 1 January 1806. He was the son of Marmaduke William Constable-Maxwell and Theresa Apollonia Wakeman. He married Mary Marsden, daughter of Reverend Anthony Marsden, in 1836. He died on 16 July 1872 at age 66.

     Mary Marsden was the daughter of Reverend Anthony Marsden. She married Marmaduke Constable-Maxwell, son of Marmaduke William Constable-Maxwell and Theresa Apollonia Wakeman, in 1836. She died on 22 October 1882.
     Her married name became Constable-Maxwell.
