     Hon. John Stourton was born in 1673.1 He was the son of William Stourton, 12th Baron Stourton and Elizabeth Preston.1 He died on 3 October 1748 at Antwerp, Belgium.1
     He was a priest and monk at St. Gregory's College, Douai, France.1 He was Prior of Winchester.1 He was Prior of St. Benedict, Flanders.1

     William Joseph Stourton, 18th Baron Stourton was born on 6 June 1776.2 He was the son of Charles Philip Stourton, 17th Baron Stourton and Hon. Mary Langdale.1 He married Catherine Winifred Weld, daughter of Thomas Weld and Mary Stanley-Massey, on 1 October 1800.2 He died on 4 December 1846 at age 70.2
     He was educated at St. Gregory's College, Douai, France.2 He succeeded as the 18th Baron Stourton, of Stourton, co. Wilts [E., 1448] on 29 April 1816.2 On 1 May 1829 he took his seat in Parliament following the Catholic Emancipation.2

     Hon. Sir Edward Marmaduke Joseph Vavasour, 1st Bt. was born on 6 May 1786.2 He was the son of Charles Philip Stourton, 17th Baron Stourton and Hon. Mary Langdale.2 He married Marcia Bridget Lane-Fox, daughter of James Lane-Fox and Hon. Marcia Lucy Pitt, on 6 August 1813.2 He died on 16 March 1847 at age 60, while on a pilgramage to Rome.2
     He was given the name of Edward Marmaduke Joseph Stourton at birth.2 He gained the rank of Captain between 1817 and 1824 in the Yorkshire Hussars.2 On 27 February 1826 his name was legally changed to Edward Marmaduke Joseph Vavasour by Royal Licence, after inheriting the 7th Baronet's estates.2 He was created 1st Baronet Vavasour, of Hazelwood, co. Yorks [U.K.] on 14 February 1828.2

     Her married name became Weld.

     From 6 August 1813, her married name became Vavasour.
