     Richard Howard was born on 13 November 1733.1 He was the son of Sir Walter Wagstaffe Bagot, 5th Bt. and Lady Barbara Legge.1 He married Frances Howard, daughter of William Howard, Viscount Andover and Lady Mary Finch, on 25 February 1783.1 He died on 18 February 1819 at age 85.1
     He was given the name of Richard Bagot at birth.1 His name was legally changed to Richard Howard.1 He lived at Elford, Staffordshire, England.2 He lived at Castle Rising, Norfolk, England.2

     William Howard, Viscount Andover was born on 23 December 1714.2 He was the son of Henry Bowes Howard, 11th Earl of Suffolk and Catherine Graham.2 He married Lady Mary Finch, daughter of Heneage Finch, 2nd Earl of Aylesford and Mary Fisher, on 6 November 1736.2 He died on 18 July 1756 at age 41.2
     He was styled as Viscount Andover between 1745 and 1756.2
