     Hon. Fulke Greville Howard was the son of Clotworthy Upton, 1st Baron Templetown and Elizabeth Boughton.1 He married Mary Howard, daughter of Richard Howard and Frances Howard, on 9 July 1807.1 He died on 4 March 1846, without issue.1
     Hon. Fulke Greville Howard was baptised with the name of Fulke Greville Upton.1 His name was legally changed to Fulke Greville Howard.1
