     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Curate at Hesildon, England.1

     Christopher Furness, 1st Baron Furness was born on 23 April 1852.1 He was the son of John Furness and Averill Eastor Wilson.1,2 He married Jane Annette Suggitt, daughter of Henry Suggitt, on 16 May 1876.1 He died on 10 November 1912 at age 60.1
