He was the son of George Crespigny Brabazon Vivian, 4th Baron Vivian and Nancy Lycett Green.1 He married Mary Alice Borthwick, daughter of Francis John Gordon Borthwick and Eugenie Helen Francklyn Thompson, on 3 April 1943.1 He died in 1973.1
