     William Frederick Arthur Hudson was born on 20 May 1876 at Great Wilbraham, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was the son of Reverend Francis William Hudson and Caroline Elizabeth Beauclerk.1 He married Irene Bastow on 19 June 1921 at Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.1 He died on 11 November 1936 at age 60, from myocarditis.1
     He was a lecturer in law.1 He gained the rank of Private in the 4th Battalion, Canadian Labour Corps.1
